Are animals permitted in the hotel?

No, pets are not allowed at the Hotel Sportsman.

Does the hotel have air conditioning?

Yes, all rooms and common areas at the Hotel Sportsman are air-conditioned during warmer months.

Can we leave our luggage in the hotel?

If your departure from Hotel Sportsman is after 11 am, you can leave your belongings in our luggage storage and make use of our shower and changing room facilities. Please note that access to the swimming pool and private beach is limited to 3 pm.

Are there any discounts for children?

At the Hotel Sportsman, children up to 3 years stay free in their parents' room. Complimentary baby cots and highchairs are also available. Children aged 4 to 13 receive a 50% discount when sharing their parents' room.

Which credit cards do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted at the Hotel Sportsman: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, and Maestro.

At what time is the room available? At what time are we supposed to vacate it on departure day?

We are delighted to offer the rooms as soon as they are ready. Availability is guaranteed from 3 pm on the day of arrival. On departure day, we ask to vacate the room by 11 am. If you wish to extend your stay at the Hotel Sportsman, please inquire at reception about our late check-out option, available until 5 pm for €15 per hour, and subject to availability. If you wish to use the room after 5 pm, the overnight price will be charged.

Do I need a bathing cap for the pool?

No, guests of the Hotel Sportsman are not required to wear bathing caps in the pool.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Hotel Sportsman boasts an underground car park, available for €10 per day, and an outdoor car park, available for free.

Does the hotel have a bike rental?

Yes, you can hire bicycles at the Hotel Sportsman. Prices vary depending on the type of bicycle.

Does the hotel have a buoy rental?

Yes, guests of the Hotel Sportsman can rent buoys for €15 per day.

Is the swimming pool heated?

No, the swimming pool of the Hotel Sportsman is not heated.

What are the dining times at Hotel Sportsman?

Buffet breakfast from 7.30 am to 10 am
Bistrot from 12.30 pm to 2 pm

Dinner from 7 pm to 8.30 pm

What facilities are available to hotel guests?

Guests of the Hotel Sportsman have free access to the following amenities: outdoor pool with children’s area, sauna, Turkish steam bath, whirlpool, reserved beach area, kayak and stand-up paddle rental, shuttle service to and from Bardolino.

Is there a transfer service to and/or from the airport or train station?

Yes, Hotel Sportsman arranges private transfers at special prices to and/or from the airport, as well as railway stations and other destinations. Transfers must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Can friends visit me at the hotel?

Your guests are very welcome to the Hotel Sportsman, but they are not allowed to use the swimming pool and the beach area unless they book a room for the day.

Does the hotel provide internet?

At the Hotel Sportsman, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.
